When you use AimSetu, we may collect:

Account information — username, email address, and hashed password when you register.
Usage data — pages visited, templates downloaded, builder activity, and AI generation requests.
Payment information — payment is processed by Razorpay. We store only your subscription tier and purchase history, not raw card details.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our services (template marketplace, AI website builder, hosting).
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send transactional emails such as verification codes and password reset links.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. Sessions use signed cookies. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Despite best efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Razorpay — Payment processing.
Google Identity Services — Optional sign-in with Google.
AI Providers — Prompts submitted to the AI builder are sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Do not include sensitive personal data in AI prompts.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data via Account Settings.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Export your website files at any time from the builder.
