1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AimSetu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use AimSetu only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the AI builder to generate spam, phishing, or deceptive websites.
• Resell or redistribute downloaded templates in ways not permitted by the individual template license.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AimSetu is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@aimsetu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Templates & Intellectual Property

Free templates are available for personal and commercial use. Paid templates are licensed per-seat unless otherwise specified. You may not redistribute or resell templates without prior written permission from the template creator.

AI-generated websites created using the AimSetu Studio are owned by you, the creator. AimSetu retains no rights to the content you generate.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.

6. Credits

AI builder credits are consumed when you generate or refine websites. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits are reset at the start of each billing period.

7. Service Availability

AimSetu strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, you may export your website data before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

AimSetu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimSetu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
